At Ethereal Electronics, we're committed to getting your premium electronics and peripherals to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Rates:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for faster delivery
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout for urgent orders
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount (displayed at checkout).
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
We are currently expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please check back soon or contact us for information about shipping to your country.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to residential and commercial addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on carrier or manufacturer requirements.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
- Contact us if you still haven't received your package
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You may need to work directly with the carrier to redirect the package.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are collected by customs at the time of delivery.
