At Ethereal Electronics, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders to customers in the United States.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states with free standard shipping on every order: no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Method:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE (typically 1-10 business days)

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping

We are currently expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please check back soon or contact us for information about shipping to your country.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential and commercial addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on carrier or manufacturer requirements.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  • Contact us if you still haven't received your package

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You may need to work directly with the carrier to redirect the package.
