Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Expedited (2-3 days) and Express (1-2 days) shipping options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please check back soon or contact us for information about shipping to your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures faster processing.
