Return and Refund Policy

At Ethereal Electronics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items that meet our return requirements.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • In new, unused condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at etherealelectronics8@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Rejected returns: Items that don't meet our return requirements will be returned to you at your expense
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items (earbuds, headphones with removed hygiene seals)
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products without original packaging or missing components

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at etherealelectronics8@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return 
the original product for a refund and place a new order.
